Data Collection
At Pitforge3D, we only collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services. When you sign in with third-party providers, we collect your email address and profile name to create and maintain your account.
1. User Data Deletion
In compliance with Platform Rules (Meta/Google), we provide clear mechanisms for account deletion. To delete your account and all associated data:
- • Access Profile settings (In-Dashboard)
- • Contact us at support@pitforge3d.com
Once deleted, all uploads, licenses, and history are permanently removed. This action is irreversible.
Uploaded files are processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service. PitForge3D does not analyze, reuse, distribute, or monetize user files.
Files may be temporarily stored for processing and are automatically deleted after a defined retention period.
2. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption and security measures via Supabase and Stripe to protect your information and transaction data.
