Purpose and Background
Pitforge3D is an online 3D viewing and analysis tool designed to help individuals build realistic, personal cockpit setups for aircraft and helicopters—at home—by enabling scaled geometry inspection and measurement workflows.
In practice, obtaining official and complete dimensional references for military aircraft cockpits is often difficult or impossible. Information may be restricted, unavailable, fragmented, or only partially documented. As a result, cockpit builders frequently lack reliable reference geometry. The pitforge3D Service addresses this gap by Providing a software environment that can reconstruct and display cockpit geometry at scale.

The Service does not include, provide, distribute, or license any third-party content, models, assets, or intellectual property.
All files processed by the Software are supplied exclusively by the user, under their sole responsibility. PitForge3D does not verify, validate, or warrant the legal status, ownership, or licensing of any uploaded file.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Service (viewing files, uploading EDM, exporting), you expressly accept these Terms. Acceptance occurs through clickwrap agreement or implied consent through use.
3. Access to the Service
Exclusively online. Authentication via Email/Password, Google, or Facebook. Accounts are strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-shareable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
4. License Types
Multiple tiers: Explore (Free), Studio (Paid), Creator (Paid). All licenses are strictly limited to private, non-commercial use. No industrial or operational rights granted.
5. Permitted Use
Limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, private, non-commercial purposes only.

- ✕ Reselling / Distribution
- ✕ Reverse Engineering / Scraping
- ✕ Unlawful CONTENT Uploads
- ✕ Unauthorized reproduction
Violations may lead to immediate termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Platform IP (software, algorithms, engines, logos) is the exclusive property of MRCtech. Receiving a limited license of use does not transfer any ownership rights.
8. Independence
Fully independent from third-party software (DCS World, mods, simulators). No affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship exists with external publishers.
9. User Content
Users retain ownership. MRCtech receives a limited license to process and render content for the purpose of the Service. Users warrant they have rights to upload said data.
The User represents and warrants that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, or authorizations to upload, process, analyze, export, or otherwise use any file within the Software.
The User expressly agrees not to upload any file:
- • protected by copyright, industrial property rights, or trade secrets without proper authorization
- • subject to confidentiality agreements (NDA) or restricted licenses
- • whose processing or transformation would infringe third-party rights
The User shall indemnify and hold harmless PitForge3D against any claim, demand, loss, or liability arising from the unlawful use of uploaded content.
10. Exported Files
Exported files are licensed strictly for personal, private, and non-commercial use only. They may not be sold, shared, shared, published, or made available to third parties. They may not be integrated into commercial, professional, or industrial workflows. They may not be used to manufacture products for sale or distribution. These restrictions remains applicable even after expiration.
Files generated or exported through the Service are provided solely as technical outputs derived from user-supplied data.
Any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws and these Terms.
11. Service Continuity
Suspensions for maintenance or security possible. Provided "as-is" and "as-available". No uptime guarantee or compensation for interruptions.
12. No Affiliation
PitForge3D is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any simulator publisher, aircraft manufacturer, or rights holder.
Any reference to file formats, software, or platforms is made solely for technical compatibility purposes.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
No warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or safety certification. Outputs are NOT guaranteed for real-world production or engineering.
14. Limitation of Liability
MRCtech shall not be liable for loss of profits, data, or system downtime. Use of the Service is entirely at the User's own risk.
15. Termination
MRCtech reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice for breach of Terms.
16. Modifications
Terms may be modified. Continued use after change constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
French law. Exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
